1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User", or "You") and mqq88 ("mqq88", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mqq88.cam. By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Member from a personally owned and verified payment source.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal may be processed.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Section 8 of this Agreement.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary display currency on the mqq88 platform.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use a mqq88 Account. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. mqq88 may request certified copies of a national identity card (MyKad), passport or other government-issued identification to verify age at any time.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. mqq88 does not represent that accessing the Platform is legal in all locations. Members who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is unlawful do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. mqq88 prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting"), regardless of the device, payment method, email address or IP address used. Detected duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3.4 Employee Exclusion

Current employees of mqq88 and its affiliates, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in real-money gaming activities on the Platform.

4. Account Obligations

4.1 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information during registration and must promptly notify mqq88 of any changes to your personal details. Providing false registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

4.2 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. mqq88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login details secure. You must notify mqq88 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Personal Use Only

Your mqq88 Account is strictly for personal use. You may not allow another individual to access or use your Account, and you may not operate your Account on behalf of a third party.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

mqq88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification and proof of ownership of the deposit payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Requirements

All deposit transactions must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. mqq88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used to deposit into the Account. mqq88 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been cleared will be declined.

5.4 Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all balances, transactions and promotions displayed on the mqq88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers issued by mqq88 are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. These terms include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits, expiry dates and maximum cash-out amounts.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. 6.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

Placing bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide, video slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat and Blackjack may contribute 10%–20%. 6.5 Bonus Abuse

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the mqq88 Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for electronic games and by live streaming for live dealer titles. mqq88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or the applicable sports betting market before a bet is placed. mqq88 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection or technical error that affects a game or bet outcome, mqq88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

7.4 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the mqq88 Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and event type. mqq88 reserves the right to suspend or void markets due to circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to event postponement, abandonment or incorrect market publication.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mqq88 Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of coordinated manipulation of game or bet outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism or engage in any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation;
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment reversals or any attempt to obtain refunds by deception;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus or promotional offers ("bonus abuse");
• Any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 mqq88's Right to Suspend or Close

mqq88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has violated this Agreement, presented a fraud risk, or where continued operation of the Account would constitute a regulatory or legal risk to mqq88.

9.2 Member-Initiated Closure

Members may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting the mqq88 support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. mqq88 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts with a remaining balance, as notified to the Member's registered email address.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mqq88's total liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mqq88 is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity; (b) indirect, special or consequential losses; (c) losses attributable to the Member's own negligence; (d) third-party service failures, including payment gateway outages; or (e) any losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with this Agreement.

Nothing in this clause limits mqq88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the mqq88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and trademarks — is the exclusive property of mqq88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mqq88.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

12. Responsible Gambling

mqq88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must never be used as a means to generate income or address personal or financial difficulties.

13. Amendments to these Terms & Conditions

Your continued use of the mqq88 Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mqq88 is registered and licensed to operate. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct communication before initiating any formal proceedings.
